Job description: 

The role of Mechanical Projects Engineer will be to provide an effective project engineering service from the design phase to site commitment and practical completion of all contracts, ensuring that the company’s practices and standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will have served a recognised apprenticeship, be HNC qualified with at least 3 years relevant experience including sound knowledge of -

Design drawings, building regulations, HSE, planning, quality control, material stock control, and specific duties shall include supervision and motivation of the site team, staff, hourly paid and subcontractors. Also be able to set up site from commencement to practical completion of projects to include - establishing site offices, building relations with the main contractor, client & other parties, monitoring and maintaining site HSE requirements, understanding and reporting on production / cost, planning procedures and understanding of the contract finances.
