Job description:
My client is keen to employ an accomplished Senior Design Engineer with a background in design and knowledge of design and build functions. My client is looking for the job holder to have a minimum of 7 years Building Services Experience working on design and build projects with values ranging from £1 M - £10M + . Ideally to be at least HNC qualified, the job holder will have excellent communication, organisational and delegation skills. Duties include selection of the design team, client / project team liaison, tendering, technical input and resource allocation. The job holder will ideally also have experience of sustainable energy issues and thermal modelling.
