Job description: 

My client requires a Building Services Manager for a prestigious North West Project.

The right candidate shall deal with all procurement, M&E Progress meetings, QMS Management, Programme Awareness and monitoring, Cost Appreciation, Technical Design Meetings, Monthly reporting and closeout meetings with sub contract project managers and all aspects of Health and Safety regulations.
