Building Services Cad Technician

Job description:
The role requires the production of survey, schematic, general arrangement and detailed drawings for mechanical and electrical building services systems in Auto CAD format with the minimum of supervision.
To produce drawings and schedules et cetera using Auto CAD drawing software to the Engineers / PM's instructions in 2D, isometric and 3D formats.
To be able to check your own work for drawing completeness and accuracy, manage workload efficiently through regular dialogue with other team members and maintain drawing records and standards in accordance with company practice and standards.
The job holder will ideally have 2 - 3 years hands on experience with up to date editions of Auto CAD LT in a consultancy / design & build environment. Have familiarity with M&E Building Services systems, symbols and annotation required.
Knowledge of Auto CAD MEP or ABS would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided if necessary.
